Terms of Service
Effective date
June 7, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nakama, a Chrome extension and web service operated by Digitalog UK, Ltd. By using Nakama, you agree to these Terms. If you use Nakama for an organization, you represent that you have authority to use the service for that organization.
What Nakama does
Nakama provides AI-assisted workflow tools for Gmail and related work surfaces. Features may include email summaries, reply drafts, writing review, translation, Todo suggestions, Drive or Calendar actions, workspace settings, and model/provider selection. Nakama is an assistant for drafting and review. It is not a substitute for your own judgment.
Accounts and workspaces
You may need to sign in with Google or another supported identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate information, and making sure workspace members have the right permissions. Workspace owners and administrators may manage members, access policies, model policies, billing, audit logs, and other workspace settings.
AI outputs and user responsibility
AI-generated summaries, drafts, reviews, translations, classifications, and Todo suggestions may be wrong, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before you use it, insert it into Gmail, send it, publish it, or rely on it for work decisions.
- Nakama does not guarantee that AI output is accurate or complete.
- Nakama does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance, or professional advice.
- You remain responsible for the intent, accuracy, legality, tone, and consequences of any message or work product you send or use.
No automatic sending
The MVP is designed around user approval. Nakama may generate or insert a draft after you ask it to do so, but final email sending remains your action in Gmail. You must review recipients, attachments, facts, tone, and content before sending.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Nakama or use it in ways that harm others, violate law, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use Nakama to create spam, phishing, malware, harassment, threats, deception, unlawful surveillance, or illegal content.
- Do not upload or process content unless you have the right to do so.
- Do not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual property, confidentiality, employment, or contractual rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, workspace policies, payment controls, or platform restrictions.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or provide unauthorized access to Nakama.
Google and third-party services
Nakama may connect with Google services, Chrome, AI providers, payment providers, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Plans, billing, and changes
Nakama is in early development. Free, Pro, Team, or Enterprise plans may be introduced or changed over time. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, and refund rules will be shown before purchase or through the billing provider.
Intellectual property
Nakama, including its software, design, logos, brand, website, extension, documentation, and product experience, is owned by Digitalog UK, Ltd. or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Nakama a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve Nakama without restriction or compensation to you.
Beta availability
Nakama may be released as a prototype, private beta, public beta, or early-access product. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued. We may suspend or limit access to protect users, comply with platform requirements, investigate abuse, or maintain the service.
Disclaimers
Nakama is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitalog UK, Ltd. and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Nakama in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.
Termination
You may stop using Nakama at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law or platform policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
